Call literally anyone else in an emergency! Called for an emergency lockout service for my pickup. Waited for an hour and a half with no contact. I called them back and the locksmith claimed he called me and I didn’t answer. I politely informed him I didn’t receive any calls. I’m understanding and gave him the benefit of the doubt. Maybe the call didn’t go through or he called the wrong number or something as such. But nope, he immediately became rude, obstinate and denied it acting really immature like I blew him off or something. I have the call logs from my carrier and no such call was made to me. Before I denied his service he told me “it’s too late” and he was already in Albuquerque and it would be 2-3 hours for service. I gave my business to a way better company in the Los Lunas area where the service was friendly, polite, and personable. I recommend everyone else to do the same.

Amazing! I was locked out of my car and tried myself for about 2 hours. I finally decided to call for help and I was so very impressed! He was there within 15 minutes, and got my car open in less than 3 minutes. Very reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend! Will be calling again for all future lock needs.

Superior locksmith Albuquerque is a great company. I call in the middle of the night and they call me back right away. Diego, whom they sent, was such an awesome person. I have to say that Superior locksmith Albuquerque is lucky to have him as a worker. He is smart and very ethical when it comes to helping customer in need. He was fast and very professional. After helping me fix the lock, which I did call another locksmith company and they could not help me with, he even stayed and helped me set up the code for my Smartlock. I have never seen such ab enthusiastic worker like him. Diego definitely deserves a raise.

Cameron, give that dude a raise. He makes dealing with locks a breeze and hassle free. Although he was sent out through my landlord to get keys for my mailbox, I would 100% use this company again for any personal needs. He was sure to communicate everything and let me know a timeframe of when he’d arrive, he was perfectly on time, job was done quickly, and was extremely polite and personable. Highly recommend!
