Quick, easy and accurate. Not expensive and some different styles. So all in all it’s good. But can not make certain keys, so you still have to get those from a locksmith.

They have horrible service. They took my $400 deposit for a new key cylinder lock and never got back to me and I went in to see what the updates were a couple days later owner who was the same guy who serviced me said that I didn’t go in there and pair deposit for the service or to get the part when I asked for a refund I wasn’t able to because it was done in cash

Got my new keys!! They came to my job, made the new key with proper key code in about 20mins!!
Made sure I tried it about 20 times and felt confident that it works before even getting paid and leaving! Wish I knew was gonna be this easy. Even made it easier for me next time I need one made! 10/10 would recommend!!

My experience with this company was really great. The technician arrived within the allotted timeframe, he was polite and efficient. He graciously more a N 95 mask per my request, which I provided for him. And he was able to accommodate some add-on work, which I had forgotten to request when I made my appointment. Pricing was very reasonable. The job was done quickly. This company came recommended to me and I highly recommend them!

I had a very special key blank – a titanium old-fashioned Mazda marque symbol – basically a piece of jewelry. I needed to make sure someone would cut it correctly – as it’s a one of a kind and it had to work. That’s why I took it to Territorial. When I explained that it was a special birthday present for myself, he refused to charge me! I left a two dollar bill on the chessboard after I checked to make sure the key worked perfectly in all the doors, ignition and trunk.
Silly, I know.

Called and asked if they could unlock my car( I locked my car keys in). Couldn’t tell me a price over the phone. Ended up costing $259! Very expensive and if I cancelled it would be $40 for just going out. Outrageous price, what’s worse is how they do business by not giving you an idea of the cost. Will never use them again. The guy was nice though.

Used a machine inside Lowes. Made an extra house key. Worked perfectly. I will definitely use again. 🙂
