Steve was able to replace the door latching mechanism on the front door of my house just a couple hours after I called! He seems to be very up to date with technology, I was able to use my credit card and get a receipt sent to my phone. And the door works perfectly again! He seems like a good guy too, and very knowledgeable as well. He happily answered all my questions. Highly recommend.

My husband went to get a key copied and as soon as he entered there was no answer for a while. He did a few things to show there were costumers. No answer but could visually see a man in the office. A lady walks in the shop and is yelling she needs a hug and some help. He is quick to her services and then walks back to his office disrespectfully and blatantly disregarding my husband. My husband says sir, we need a key copied. It wasn’t until then he was rude, and showed aggression. The man snatched the key from my husband angrily, he definitely didn’t feel like doing his job and so my husband evidently didn’t even want his help anymore. He took his key back and went to leave. All in all, the man today was no help, was very rude and disrespectful towards customers, I do not wish this service on anybody and so my goal here is to tell you, that if you are looking for services that pertain to such at Rix security, look elsewhere first, any where else. Hiring this one man, is a gateway to acknowledging their employees are possibly of the same manner.

He was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, and offered me excellent security advice. After installing my locks, he took the time to help me set up the Wifi set-up as well. Awesome service! Service was great he was kind and polite, even came out and programmed my ignition and keys for my truck in the dark and cold and jumped my truck because it was also dead! VERY reasonably priced over $100 less than what I was quoted other places. Could not recommend more.

Fastest & friendly service with good prices! I locked myself out of my car at the grocery store and Will came as quickly as possible to unlock my car, he was nice and friendly and had my car unlocked in less than 10 minutes! I’ve also gone to them for any key repairs! Highly recommended!

I’m a long term traveller from germany, travelling (mostly together with my wife Jeannette) from Canada to South-Argentina. The lock of the propane tank compartment of our pickup camper was blocked, so I stopped at Gurley’s to seek for professional help.

Kimerley, the owner of Gurley Locksmith was super friendly. She is a highly skilled locksmith, doing this job for 30 years. She opened the lock within two minutes without damaging anything. And this lady has a big heart too! She didn’t charge anything for that.
