Great experience. Reasonable service call and rekeying prices. Hardware was a bit expensive.
Kris was friendly and went out of his way to make the experience great! Rekeyed four doors and replaced three deadbolts including gates. Now the house is keyed the same inside and out!

There are moments in life where you are already hanging on by a thread, and one more thing going wrong feels unbearable. That was where I was when I got stranded at a rest stop over an hour away from any town and needed help. I was anxious, overwhelmed, scared, exhausted, and honestly in a really dark place mentally.
Then Leon showed up.
Not just as a locksmith — but as a genuinely compassionate human being.
Before he even arrived, he kept calling to check on me. At one point he called just to tell me what exit he was on because he said he didn’t want me sitting there worrying or anxious. That small act meant more than I can explain. In a moment where I felt completely alone and helpless, someone cared enough to make sure I felt safe.
He never once made me feel like I was “just a job” or another call to get through. He treated me like a person who mattered. In one of the hardest moments I’ve had in a long time, that kindness hit me deeper than he probably realizes.
And on top of all of that, he charged me less than anyone else around. He could have just unlocked my car and left, but instead he gave me patience, reassurance, compassion, and dignity when I desperately needed it.
People may forget the service they paid for, but they never forget how someone made them feel in one of their worst moments. Leon took one of the most stressful and emotional nights I’ve had in a long time and made it bearable.
I will never forget that. Thank you, truly.

Superior locksmith Albuquerque is a great company. I call in the middle of the night and they call me back right away. Diego, whom they sent, was such an awesome person. I have to say that Superior locksmith Albuquerque is lucky to have him as a worker. He is smart and very ethical when it comes to helping customer in need. He was fast and very professional. After helping me fix the lock, which I did call another locksmith company and they could not help me with, he even stayed and helped me set up the code for my Smartlock. I have never seen such ab enthusiastic worker like him. Diego definitely deserves a raise.

Amazing! I was locked out of my car and tried myself for about 2 hours. I finally decided to call for help and I was so very impressed! He was there within 15 minutes, and got my car open in less than 3 minutes. Very reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend! Will be calling again for all future lock needs.

I had an amazing experience with Pop-A-Lock! my girlfriend accidentally locked my keys in the car, and they came to the rescue fast. I called to check on getting keys cut. The ladies here were so nice, told me the times and prices. When I got there the continued to be nice and so very helpful. I will definitely recommend this place. I had 2 keys cut and it was lower than the quoted price. Definitely excellent service!
