The key does not unlock the door for which it was made. Very disappointing. I paid $9.57. I am not a happy camper. Not at all.

Owner was a very nice guy (which is why I gave 2 instead of 1 star) but I can’t recommend this place. After I finally brought both my keyblade and blank in on my day off, which meant I had to bring both of my toddlers because the VERY limited the hours forbid me from ever going after work or during the day on the weekend. I finally arrive to find out after like 5-10 minutes of chasing my toddlers around the shop, that it wasn’t possible to copy my key without bringing the car there and looking at the lock cylinder number. Unfortunately my wife drives the other car whose key needed copying and was at work so I would have to come by another time. So unfortunately I had to go to a locksmith in PA (but was in that area already for another reason) and though it was $20 more, I was in and out and had the key copied in like 3 minutes. Really sad that there’s no good affordable locksmiths nearby but I tried.

September 2025. I have a very old lock on the strom door and couldn’t find a key of it. I look around on the web to see someone can make a key of this lock and found this business. I first read the reviews of this business and all of them were very impressive. I called the number and Chris picked up and asked me for the pictures of the 🔐. He even text me his number so I can provide pictures. One thing he mentioned that what if they can’t make a key of the lock then no need to drive all the way rather send pictures. This is call customer service on point. I went to this business with lock and I was received very well. The next day my lock and keys were ready to pick up. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business if you are in need of locksmith.

This is the best locksmith in my area. I walked into the shop one day and had two keyed knobs and deadbolts installed the next day. Jeff is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The install was a breeze and my home was treated with respect. It was a quality job at a good price, what more could I ask for? This is the only locksmith I will go to.

Fantastic work. We lost our only key to our one vehicle, completely. GM wanted a fortune and would need us to tow the vehicle there. Ben’s Lock & Key did their work at our home for a fraction of the price. Brand new key and programmed to our vehicle. The technician, Tengiz, was very nice and professional and worked very quickly and ensured multiple times that our new key works properly. I highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars. Scam. Asked for a service request – key fob for 2013 Explorer. Was told $35 to show up + labor starting at 185/hr. I asked how much for the job? Guy wouldn’t answer and kept repeating the minimums. Called around and locksmiths are quoting between 185 to 250 to show up and make a key. Tried to call this guy because he is down the street. Wouldn’t give me a ballpark figure. I don’t need someone showing up quoting me 500+ and then when I say no thank you they demand the labor + service call. Nah I’m good. Be warned.

Fantastic locksmiths. We had a house closing continually get delayed until we would have to close at 3:30 on a Friday. I called multiple locksmiths, all of which said they couldn’t come out until Monday. Dekoffs said they’d be at the house at 8:30 on Saturday. They showed up on time, got right to work and in less than an hour I had rekeyed locks and plenty of keys for them. I highly recommend.

Giselle was so kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. She gave me clear options without trying to overcharge me and took the time to explain everything about my old Honda CR-V. I recently moved into my new home & wanted 1 key for all of my locks including the front storm door (I was not given a key for the rear door and front storm door at closing).
I was referred to Mr. Keys from my home contractor.
Great referral!
First, I called the office and spoke with Crystal, who was extremely helpful with every contact I had with her. She had given me a lot of info over the phone & through email. It was suggested that I come into the store and speak with the owner, Mark.
Mark, the owner & is extremely knowledgeable about his profession!!…something that I never really gave much thought to & WOW, he taught me a lot about security which is something we all need to consider & know now a days!!!)
He asked me lots of questions about where I live & type of locks/security that I require for my location. Also discussed about not just converting the locks to just using one key but possibly changing all the hardware/locks that I never even considered. He asked me to send him pictures of both doors, including front and rear doors. After sending him the pictures, Mark made me realized that neither the top or bottom locks on both front & rear doors were 4 different pieces of hardware & metals..Ugh!!!!!
I had been having lots of work done in my new home and never paid attention to the detail until Mark brought it to my attention.
Devon (technician) was sent to my new home to measure my locks on the doors and assisted in ordering the new hardware & installing.
I posted pics in my review.
Devon was on time w/ his 2 visits to my home, professional, courteous & quick to order & install my new hardware/ locks on both front & rear entrances & made 1 key for all locks including my front storm door.
I am very pleased & highly recommend Mr. Keys & their professionally trained staff for your security needs!

I thought this would be an easy way to make copies of keys. Not quite. First of all it was all I could do to insert the key I wanted to make a copy of. It took several tries. When I finally got it in, the kiosk asked to make sure key was inserted all of way. Maybe if I had a hammer it would’ve been. I thought it was because the key wouldn’t go in any further. I purchased 3 keys. When the first key came out I knew something was wrong. It wasnt even cut close to the original key. So the other 2 keys weren’t cut correctly either. I requested a refund through the link sent via text and received a text saying my refund had been issued. I’ll wait and see if that happens. This was such a disappointment. I used the kiosk at Acme in Jefferson. I’ll just go to Lowe’s next time and save myself the aggravation.

don’t even bother unless you’re looking for a quick solution to make a key or buy something very basic. They have a beautiful display of door knobs and nothing in stock, it takes weeks and in some cases months, communication with some of these manufactures takes a week, etc. Sales person said everything is “too expensive”. He obviously lost a sale.
