The machine I used was in Walmart. Although I was used to live svc I was glad to c there was another option. However the instructions need to b clearer. I wanted 2 copies of a standard key. Things started ok until they made an offer of a free 3rd key. So of course I accepted however will I know which key is which? During the process I had many questions along way. It was unclear if it captured the image of the free key. Ultimately I canceled the order and restarted forsaking the free key. Who knows that may have been the objective. The last questionable thing was a 99 cent “fee” for whatever in addition to the tax. Will I use it again? Only if that’s my only choice.

Told me they will come in 15 min. Took 40 min. Also, on the phone they said about $150, technician immediately said $180 but even charged $210 though this is the simplest lock. I have experience with locksmiths in the past, this is not how you fleece a customer especially when they are already having a bad day.
