Locked myself out late at night and was exhausted, but Tony’s Locksmith Service really came through. Adam arrived within about 20 minutes and immediately moved with a sense of urgency, which honestly put me at ease.

He was super polite, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. The whole process was quick and painless, especially considering the time of night.

Great service, great attitude, and reliable when you really need it. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to call again. They were a bit on the pricey side. But considering the time of night and the services that were offered, I would pay it again.

Scam. Asked for a service request – key fob for 2013 Explorer. Was told $35 to show up + labor starting at 185/hr. I asked how much for the job? Guy wouldn’t answer and kept repeating the minimums. Called around and locksmiths are quoting between 185 to 250 to show up and make a key. Tried to call this guy because he is down the street. Wouldn’t give me a ballpark figure. I don’t need someone showing up quoting me 500+ and then when I say no thank you they demand the labor + service call. Nah I’m good. Be warned.

Excellent and quick service. I called at 10am and Nick texted 10 minutes before arriving about 20 minutes early. He was able to replace a broken deadbolt on an oversized exterior door. It took longer than a standard door because of the thickness but he was still done in less than an hour including re-keying the lock. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Highly recommend.
