I like that it was conveniently located at a 24 hour 7-Eleven. They got the first two stars on Convenience factor of it. It was about nine dollars or so I think, and it was pretty quick. There was not much of a reaction in regards to the keys, for my house door, so I wound up getting the New York Giants one, and they had another one that was colorful. The next two were green and a regular gold one.

I didn’t increase it from the two stars because the key did not work when I Got home, which was kind of the whole purpose of this whole thing right?!

By far. THE BEST LOCKSMITH out there! They have copied apartment keys for me. Mailbox keys for me. FIXED a bad key by cutting a new one properly. And even did a specialty Mercedes Sprinter key for me. They don’t just cut the keys. They understand the characteristics of the key to make sure it works right. Whatever they charge it could be double for all I care. Because I know every single time it’s going to be perfect! Don’t go anywhere else. Get it done right the first time.

Andrew was responsive, quick and efficient. He was friendly and knowledgable over the phone and available the same day. EDITS:
The above review is because owner Reuben stood over my shoulder and told me to write what I did above.
The truth is, the process was uncomfortable and took extra long, and it seemed like he kept me there longer than necessary because he wanted to chat.
He overcharged for the keys.

Then when I got home, only 2 of the 5 key copies worked! I’m not sure what he did that some keys worked and others didn’t. But I paid for 5 keys and now I have 2.

My advice would be to go elsewhere

September 2025. I have a very old lock on the strom door and couldn’t find a key of it. I look around on the web to see someone can make a key of this lock and found this business. I first read the reviews of this business and all of them were very impressive. I called the number and Chris picked up and asked me for the pictures of the 🔐. He even text me his number so I can provide pictures. One thing he mentioned that what if they can’t make a key of the lock then no need to drive all the way rather send pictures. This is call customer service on point. I went to this business with lock and I was received very well. The next day my lock and keys were ready to pick up. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business if you are in need of locksmith.

My key broke inside the lock (building door) they measured 20 minutes, after 30 minutes, they called me and told me 20 more minutes, okay! The locksmith came, he told me the price before starting $245…. mmm okay, he took apart the entire door, took out the cylinder and took everything apart, I noticed he was all nervous, and he said, I’ll go get some tools and I’ll be right back, he never came back! I called him again and they didn’t answer me, I had to call another locksmith to solve a worse problem than I had, and they charged me much more! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE PEOPLE!!

Way overpriced and very rude. Opening the interior locked bathroom took seconds, yet when I asked how to prevent it from happening again, the person just stared and said nothing. They charged $350 for a job that should have been closer to $150, and wouldn’t answer questions or finish until we paid. Only took Zelle, so it wasn’t clear if the payment went to the company or personally. Felt like a scam to get us to pay more.
