I called to see if a snow blower was in stock and spoke to the manager Danielle. A similar model was available and I was assured that if I came to the store, joined the ace rewards program, the snow blower would be delivered to my home the same day. My husband and I traveled 30 minutes, joined the program and purchased the snow blower. At the register, I was again assured the snow blower would be delivered the same day. Half way home, I received a call that the snow blower would not be delivered, without a reasonable explanation So I jumped through hoops for absolutely nothing. Never again….

Bill Timman knows his stuff. I have a lock from an ebike that had no keys to unlock the battery from the bike. Bill pulled it off. I had called another locksmith and he said no way can this be done. Well Bill from the Lock Doctor did it.
