My key broke inside the lock (building door) they measured 20 minutes, after 30 minutes, they called me and told me 20 more minutes, okay! The locksmith came, he told me the price before starting $245…. mmm okay, he took apart the entire door, took out the cylinder and took everything apart, I noticed he was all nervous, and he said, I’ll go get some tools and I’ll be right back, he never came back! I called him again and they didn’t answer me, I had to call another locksmith to solve a worse problem than I had, and they charged me much more! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE PEOPLE!!

September 2025. I have a very old lock on the strom door and couldn’t find a key of it. I look around on the web to see someone can make a key of this lock and found this business. I first read the reviews of this business and all of them were very impressive. I called the number and Chris picked up and asked me for the pictures of the 🔐. He even text me his number so I can provide pictures. One thing he mentioned that what if they can’t make a key of the lock then no need to drive all the way rather send pictures. This is call customer service on point. I went to this business with lock and I was received very well. The next day my lock and keys were ready to pick up. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business if you are in need of locksmith.

This company does not stand behind its work or honor its stated warranty. We had our door lock replaced and it broke after less than two months of use. I contacted customer service to come out and repair it. It took two days for a technician to call me back. When he did he told me I would be charged again for the service call and labor. I reminded him the invoice/receipt stated there is a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. He told me there was nothing he could do. I plan to file a formal complaint and see if I can get a refund through my bank. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and chose another company.

Andrew was responsive, quick and efficient. He was friendly and knowledgable over the phone and available the same day. Huge thank you to Eddie and Monaco Lock! I got locked out of my apartment due to an issue with the door handle assembly. Despite it being the holidays with limited staff on hand, Eddie took the job and arrived within 30 minutes. He got me back into my apartment, replaced the assembly, and explained the underlying issues causing the problem. Very knowledgable, honest, and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Smooth Experience. I went to a self service kiosk machine inside a 7Eleven store on Washington Street in Hoboken. The machine didn’t have the particular brass keys that I was attempting to duplicate so it gave me the option to have it mail ordered to my address in 3 to 5 days. It also mentioned that my address would be deleted after the mailing transaction was completed, which is a big relief. Received an email receipt immediately after payment.

I made an error during my transaction so I had to contact their customer service using the link in my email receipt. The service team was quick to respond and was able to resolve my mistake seamlessly.

I haven’t received the duplicate keys yet, so I cannot comment on whether they’ll work, yet.

don’t even bother unless you’re looking for a quick solution to make a key or buy something very basic. They have a beautiful display of door knobs and nothing in stock, it takes weeks and in some cases months, communication with some of these manufactures takes a week, etc. Sales person said everything is “too expensive”. He obviously lost a sale.

I had recently bought a spare key fob for my vehicle just for emergencies. I had called multiple car locksmiths and even dealerships to compare the prices for having it programmed. Key machine at a grocery store: The touch screen is obnoxious. Everything is confusing. So many stupid add-on attempts. I have no idea what is or isn’t in the cart. The keys took so long. I hate that it required me to give my phone number (“for my receipt”) after several minutes of scanning two keys to finish the transaction. I couldn’t opt out. The keys are so sharp looking that I don’t understand how they are supposed to match the keys they are copies of. I’m scared to put them in their respective doors. Never again. I do not recommend. Awful experience.

We had an emergency when the handle on our living room French doors broke and the doors wouldn’t stay closed.
