Giselle was so kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. She gave me clear options without trying to overcharge me and took the time to explain everything about my old Honda CR-V. Wow these guys are awesome. Ersan was our tech, by far the best tradesman tech I’ve met. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient, explained everything clearly, 5 stars. We needed a push bar installed on tricky door, lock installed on a glass door and 3 doors rekeyed.

Knocked them all out in 4 hours without making a mess. Fair pricing and great service. Would recommend to businesses and residents.

Ace Lock and Key was fantastic! I had a 20-year-old safe I couldn’t open because I forgot the combination. They responded quickly, arrived the same day, and their technician opened it carefully with no damage in under an hour. He even helped me reset the new combination.

This is the best locksmith in my area. I walked into the shop one day and had two keyed knobs and deadbolts installed the next day. Jeff is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The install was a breeze and my home was treated with respect. It was a quality job at a good price, what more could I ask for? This is the only locksmith I will go to.
