September 2025. I have a very old lock on the strom door and couldn’t find a key of it. I look around on the web to see someone can make a key of this lock and found this business. I first read the reviews of this business and all of them were very impressive. I called the number and Chris picked up and asked me for the pictures of the 🔐. He even text me his number so I can provide pictures. One thing he mentioned that what if they can’t make a key of the lock then no need to drive all the way rather send pictures. This is call customer service on point. I went to this business with lock and I was received very well. The next day my lock and keys were ready to pick up. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business if you are in need of locksmith.

My son lost the keys to his work truck and we had no spare. He called around and got quotes and initially went with another company. After that company took apart the truck and left the pieces everywhere without getting us keys, or even telling us they couldn’t do the job, we called M and E back. They were here within an hour and we now have keys. The job did take some time, but that was because of the nature of the job. They removed the ignition and (filed a key for it?) made the key the old fashioned way. They also made sure we had a spare! I could not have asked for a better or more professional team! If someone says it can’t be done, give these guys a call! If it can be done, they will make sure that it is!

I wish I could put 0 stars.

1. They canceled my service without telling me, 1 and a half hours after they had told me someone was coming.

2. The operators would refuse to talk to me, and would transfer me to another line, where I would enter a zip code and the voice back would say “no available technicians” when I had just been told someone was coming to help me.

My dog and I stood out in 90 degree heat for two hours and I worried she would get heat stroke. I called J&B Locksmith and he had me in my house in 5 minutes after I waited two hours. For no reason btw! Since they had canceled my service 🙂

They offer 24 hour service but I’m not sure how true that is though
