Andrew was responsive, quick and efficient. He was friendly and knowledgable over the phone and available the same day. He arrived early and offered to wait to come up until the appointment time which was so respectful. He worked quickly and explained anything I needed to know or be aware of. Highly recommend! don’t even bother unless you’re looking for a quick solution to make a key or buy something very basic. They have a beautiful display of door knobs and nothing in stock, it takes weeks and in some cases months, communication with some of these manufactures takes a week, etc. Sales person said everything is “too expensive”. He obviously lost a sale.

I had recently bought a spare key fob for my vehicle just for emergencies. I had called multiple car locksmiths and even dealerships to compare the prices for having it programmed. Thanks to Dave, I paid a fraction of any of those companies and still got the job done. He is very polite and professional and would recommend his store. Service was quick and easy. This company does not stand behind its work or honor its stated warranty. We had our door lock replaced and it broke after less than two months of use. I contacted customer service to come out and repair it. It took two days for a technician to call me back. When he did he told me I would be charged again for the service call and labor. I reminded him the invoice/receipt stated there is a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. He told me there was nothing he could do. I plan to file a formal complaint and see if I can get a refund through my bank. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and chose another company.

This is the best locksmith in my area. I walked into the shop one day and had two keyed knobs and deadbolts installed the next day. Jeff is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The install was a breeze and my home was treated with respect. It was a quality job at a good price, what more could I ask for? This is the only locksmith I will go to.

My key broke inside the lock (building door) they measured 20 minutes, after 30 minutes, they called me and told me 20 more minutes, okay! The locksmith came, he told me the price before starting $245…. mmm okay, he took apart the entire door, took out the cylinder and took everything apart, I noticed he was all nervous, and he said, I’ll go get some tools and I’ll be right back, he never came back! I called him again and they didn’t answer me, I had to call another locksmith to solve a worse problem than I had, and they charged me much more! DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE PEOPLE!!

Key machine at a grocery store: The touch screen is obnoxious. Everything is confusing. So many stupid add-on attempts. I have no idea what is or isn’t in the cart. The keys took so long. I hate that it required me to give my phone number (“for my receipt”) after several minutes of scanning two keys to finish the transaction. I couldn’t opt out. The keys are so sharp looking that I don’t understand how they are supposed to match the keys they are copies of. I’m scared to put them in their respective doors. Never again. I do not recommend. Awful experience.

Worst possible service. Their words hold no weight. I was told the locksmith would arrive in 30 minutes. No one showed up. I had to call them myself, and then I was told it would be another hour. I waited again, only to be told another hour after that. No communication, no reliability, and no respect for a customer’s time. If you value your time, look elsewhere.

I like that it was conveniently located at a 24 hour 7-Eleven. They got the first two stars on Convenience factor of it. It was about nine dollars or so I think, and it was pretty quick. There was not much of a reaction in regards to the keys, for my house door, so I wound up getting the New York Giants one, and they had another one that was colorful. The next two were green and a regular gold one.

I didn’t increase it from the two stars because the key did not work when I Got home, which was kind of the whole purpose of this whole thing right?!

The best! Being able to go to my local Walmart and avoid going to those way too big home improvement stores to get my keys made? Epic! Very fast and even have the option to have sports teams key designs made. My new place to get my keys made and already did my mail key and other house keys. Love this!

Smooth Experience. I went to a self service kiosk machine inside a 7Eleven store on Washington Street in Hoboken. The machine didn’t have the particular brass keys that I was attempting to duplicate so it gave me the option to have it mail ordered to my address in 3 to 5 days. It also mentioned that my address would be deleted after the mailing transaction was completed, which is a big relief. Received an email receipt immediately after payment.

I made an error during my transaction so I had to contact their customer service using the link in my email receipt. The service team was quick to respond and was able to resolve my mistake seamlessly.

I haven’t received the duplicate keys yet, so I cannot comment on whether they’ll work, yet.

Super easy to use!love it I do suggest with all the scams and fraud if we would be able to tap the card and not slide it through as many thieves are adding attachments to all sorts of equipment. I was really hesitant.
