So i posted a positive review because the service was so fast and convenient. Than saw the other reviews and realized I had not tried any of my keys yet. Well none of the 3 work. When I hold them to the original I can see how some cuts are slightly deeper on the copies. Looks like the machine needs some calibration.

I was put on emailing list that I didn’t want to be on. I’ve “Successfully Unsubscribed” from 7 times now, and still get harassing emails from this company.
Now, keys wise, if you have one of about 5 different keys, it will suffice. 85% of keys I’ve needed to copy are not available. The convenience would be nice if I didn’t waste my time 85% of the time trying to get keys made here instead homedepot or a locksmith.

I called for a tow for my Aunt who was locked out of her vehicle and her phoned died while calling me for assistance. The key was in the trunk. The operator checked address of location & stated she will have the driver call me when he gets to her. The driver called 20min later, verified me and my Aunty’s information, put me on hold, then hung up. I reiterated to him her phone died. A dispatcher later called 17min later and stated the driver did not have a contact number for the pick up but I reiterated she is a woman, alone in the Aldis parking lot and her phone died. He said ok. 2 hours later the lady calls back and says they were calling to quote a price (on what service??). I explained the driver never showed and that’s messed up, she stated “Well that’s ok and since my aunt received help, have a good day, I said no ma’am that’s not right and she hung up on me! Poor Quality!! BUYER BEWARE

My car wouldn’t start after work and I thought the battery was dead. The Pop-A-Lock technician was dispatched by Geico and arrived promptly. He had a replacement battery and could have fooled me into purchasing it but he was honest and kind and explained the battery was fine but the starter was dead. So I had to get it towed etc but I just really appreciated that the guy was honest and also very courteous and just a nice guy.
