Zero stars if I could. I called because we have a door jam, when they left I had no lock on my door.

First they don’t tell you that there is a service fee of $350 dollars.
Then they fix the door with out confirming the price.
The technician keeps changing the price on the spot, they are very deceiving. They screen the call and kept letting us go to voice mail. We said we cannot pay the additional $350 charge on top of the $250 they were charging for a small part, for work that took less than 30 minutes. they took apart our door to remove the part and left without putting it back.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I never leave reviews but this was quite literally some of the worst service I have ever had. Was told someone would call me back 5 times and no one did. Was told they would call back about the price, no one did. Called back again. Was then told they canceled my service and if I could just spend $100 more dollars they would help me and then they hung up on me. Called again to restart the process and still never got a call back. Called back again and finally got someone. They said they would be here in an hour. Got a text message he couldn’t come until the next afternoon after well over an hour had already passed. I’ve been dealing with these people since 9am. It’s 9:30pm and I still don’t have a key fab. If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. Terrible experience. Not worth the hassle they put you through at such a high price point. Quoted me $300 for a new key fab. One is $32 on Amazon. Let that sink in. Highly don’t recommend.

Disappointed. 2 stars as the error was corrected but 3 less for the attitude. I brought clothes for minor sawing job. I got a receipt with a date and time to pick up. I returned and not only clothes are not ready but there are not even there.that’s I guess not ok but can happen. what made it unexceptionable is the reaction of counter lady. She says they are not here come back in 3 days. No I apologize, we are sorry for your inconvenience. Nothing. I spoke with an owner and they were ready within 30 min. But still that’s not ok. I won’t come back.

This is the first bad review i’ve ever given anyone in seventy years.
They were rude, disinterested, abrupt, didn’t get back to us, and thought it was a silly concern that we can’t get in and out of the front door when my husband is a local surgeon who treats people like them for emergencies night and day, I think you’d be best off going.to Main in Hackensack.
Further, they have no coverage.They come in at noon and you are transferred prior to that.If you have an emergency to a faraway office who tells you they can’t do anything because they don’t know anything that’s going on

I called for a car lockout. Tech arrived quick and was friendly. Price is absurd. 300$ for a car lockout that took less than 2 minutes to open is ridiculous, and should have been quoted over the phone before sending someone over.

AAA charges 125$ for a car lockout, and had I known, I would have just gone with them.

Would have literally been cheaper to just break my window and have it replaced. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

EDIT: after reaching out on the website, I was refunded $95.
