Andrew was responsive, quick and efficient. He was friendly and knowledgable over the phone and available the same day. He arrived early and offered to wait to come up until the appointment time which was so respectful. He worked quickly and explained anything I needed to know or be aware of. Highly recommend! I got the key copied and it was slightly misaligned. The beginning of the key teeth had a higher bump than the original. It works but I have to push the key in hard while turning which normally you just put the key in and turn but now I have to push it in hard while turning..

These are the best around!!! I was looking to unblock my spare Mercedes key and I went searching. Upon searching I found them on Facebook marketplace and messaged them through there. These guys got back to very promptly and were nice and informative. I got the address and went to their location. The two gentlemen greeted me and one of them immediately got down to business. My key was done in like 20 mins from start to finish and the pricing was amazing. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They are very nice, experienced and professional. I’m so annoying that I can’t sleep, so I’m writing this here.
Last night, I accidentally locked the door at home, and I tried several times, but the locked door did not open. Fortunately, I had my cell phone with me, so I used a key service. When I asked him over the phone how much it was, he gave a vague answer. He said that the price varies depending on the type of lock. When I asked the approximate price, I started negotiating and at first answered $95. I thought it was a reasonable price and called him home.
About 15 minutes later, the locksmith arrived and changed his words to $275 for picking and $375 for drilling. However, since I had already called, I only agreed to picking. I said several times that I did not want the lock to be broken due to the house contract with the landlord. He tried to pick, but wasn’t work. He just put hard paper between the cracks in the door and went back and forth. There is a device on the door to prevent that, so he tried for about 30 seconds and said it was not possible, so he said he had to break the lock.
I left the place and contacted the landlord again. When I contacted them, they said they didn’t want drilling, so I told the technician that the landlord didn’t want it, and they said I would have to pay a picking fee. The door wouldn’t open, but he told us to pay $275 for the picking fee + $60 for the travel fee The original travel fee was $95 after 6 p.m., but he condescendingly said he would do it for $60. The door didn’t open, but when I asked him if he had to pay the full fee, he gave a weird answer saying that he could open it by drilling, but since I didn’t agree, there was nothing he could do. He said he would reduce the $340 in total. I was so tired up to this point and everything was my fault, so I just wired the money. But the biggest problem was that when I and landlord checked the lock after he left, it was damaged like in the picture. I said him to not do, but he made it like that while I was on the phone with the landlord.
Please be careful if you read this. I have already paid for my stupid mistake and my lock was broken, but please refer to the above prices when calling a locksmith.

UPDATE: After contacting support a few times, I received a refund for my order. My original statement is still true: you cannot take your new car key here and get it cut. Rather, they will send you a key without remote. But kudos for righting your mistake and refunding me.

ORIGINAL (11/3/2021, two stars ** ): This is NOT a locksmith service. I went there to get my new car key cut. When I put in the old key, the kiosk lied to me that the key needed “special programming.” It is not clear that they will send a key rather than cut the key you have before ordering. Trying to cancel my order, but they did not create a user for me although they said they would.

The best! Being able to go to my local Walmart and avoid going to those way too big home improvement stores to get my keys made? Epic! Very fast and even have the option to have sports teams key designs made. My new place to get my keys made and already did my mail key and other house keys. Love this!
