Zero stars if I could. I called because we have a door jam, when they left I had no lock on my door.

First they don’t tell you that there is a service fee of $350 dollars.
Then they fix the door with out confirming the price.
The technician keeps changing the price on the spot, they are very deceiving. They screen the call and kept letting us go to voice mail. We said we cannot pay the additional $350 charge on top of the $250 they were charging for a small part, for work that took less than 30 minutes. they took apart our door to remove the part and left without putting it back.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I never leave reviews but this was quite literally some of the worst service I have ever had. Was told someone would call me back 5 times and no one did. Was told they would call back about the price, no one did. Called back again. Was then told they canceled my service and if I could just spend $100 more dollars they would help me and then they hung up on me. Called again to restart the process and still never got a call back. Called back again and finally got someone. They said they would be here in an hour. Got a text message he couldn’t come until the next afternoon after well over an hour had already passed. I’ve been dealing with these people since 9am. It’s 9:30pm and I still don’t have a key fab. If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. Terrible experience. Not worth the hassle they put you through at such a high price point. Quoted me $300 for a new key fab. One is $32 on Amazon. Let that sink in. Highly don’t recommend.

Recently had great experience with Diamond locksmith. Sam showed up in 30 minutes and the whole service took around 15 minutes. I was delighted with the service cause the price also was relatively better than others were offering.

September 2025. I have a very old lock on the strom door and couldn’t find a key of it. I look around on the web to see someone can make a key of this lock and found this business. I first read the reviews of this business and all of them were very impressive. I called the number and Chris picked up and asked me for the pictures of the 🔐. He even text me his number so I can provide pictures. One thing he mentioned that what if they can’t make a key of the lock then no need to drive all the way rather send pictures. This is call customer service on point. I went to this business with lock and I was received very well. The next day my lock and keys were ready to pick up. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business if you are in need of locksmith.

I thought this would be an easy way to make copies of keys. Not quite. First of all it was all I could do to insert the key I wanted to make a copy of. It took several tries. When I finally got it in, the kiosk asked to make sure key was inserted all of way. Maybe if I had a hammer it would’ve been. I thought it was because the key wouldn’t go in any further. I purchased 3 keys. When the first key came out I knew something was wrong. It wasnt even cut close to the original key. So the other 2 keys weren’t cut correctly either. I requested a refund through the link sent via text and received a text saying my refund had been issued. I’ll wait and see if that happens. This was such a disappointment. I used the kiosk at Acme in Jefferson. I’ll just go to Lowe’s next time and save myself the aggravation.

Joe was a great help and provided quick, professional service. We needed some car key fobs duplicated and calibrated. He had it done and tested in a very short amount of time. Hours of operation are being updated so it’s best to call first to verify. Thank you!

Giselle was so kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. She gave me clear options without trying to overcharge me and took the time to explain everything about my old Honda CR-V. As someone not very familiar with car keys, I really appreciated her patience and guidance. Prices are reasonable, and her customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!
