I had a great experience with this company. I have a floor safe that was locked open, and Chris took his own time to gather my information and call the manufacturer to get access to the unit. Worst business, avoid this place. I called in for an estimate to program one of my 2 key fobs and they sent someone out here, they changed the battery on my already working key fob and charged me $150 after i told them i only wanted an estimate before doing the actual job. Absolutely ridiculous, i called in to make a complaint and they said they would transfer me and just hung up on me. If i can put 0 stars i would, ridiculous

My car wouldn’t start after work and I thought the battery was dead. The Pop-A-Lock technician was dispatched by Geico and arrived promptly. He had a replacement battery and could have fooled me into purchasing it but he was honest and kind and explained the battery was fine but the starter was dead. So I had to get it towed etc but I just really appreciated that the guy was honest and also very courteous and just a nice guy.

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! Got locked out at 10:30 at night- they couldn’t give me an estimate of how much it would cost- the tech calls me a little later, and says someone will be there in 10 mins. Charged me $700 to drill my lock!!! THIS IS ABSURD. They must be scammers. DO NOT USE THEM
