I had to place the same order two times on different occasions because apparently my first order never arrived even though the tracking number said delivered. I also reached out to postal service and they couldn’t do anything either, was told they will investigate and still waiting to hear from them. So I never got the set of keys I order, especially one of the were copy for my vehicle. No I am worried sick that somebody might have got hold of my vehicle key and could try to jack it. Now for the second order I had take out time again from my work schedule and go back again to kiosk that is more than 10 miles away from where I live being the closest one. I asked to get expedited shipping for all the hassle I have to go through for the same order and was told no because they don’t offer it. I was refunded for my first order that never arrived but I still have to wait from the bank to clear it. And since I am always on budget regarding my finances I had to use the money for other errand to place the new order, pushing back every item and priorities I had placed. Their service is reasonable compared to dealers but I haven’t tried the keys yet. All I would ask is that if this happens again. Please give the customer an option to decide if they want a refund or send them another copy again and with expedited shipping so this way they don’t have to wait much longer that they already did.

I made my house key from here but I can’t open my house door with that key it didn’t do me any good just took twelve dollars from me

Isaac is AMAZING! Don’t ever let him go! He changed my 1960’s lock to this century! Lock was not working since we never use the front door (28 yrs in home). Lock was needed for showing! Now everything is wonderful! Done very quickly! Did not disappoint!! See pics!

I was extremely skeptical that this machine would be able to make a workable copy of the key that I inserted in its slot, since the fit seemed a bit loose. If I had been able to find a human to copy it the old fashioned way, I definitely would have gone that route. Nonetheless, the copy worked perfectly. I am impressed!
