My car wouldn’t start after work and I thought the battery was dead. The Pop-A-Lock technician was dispatched by Geico and arrived promptly. He had a replacement battery and could have fooled me into purchasing it but he was honest and kind and explained the battery was fine but the starter was dead. So I had to get it towed etc but I just really appreciated that the guy was honest and also very courteous and just a nice guy.

Giselle was so kind and helpful from the moment I walked in. She gave me clear options without trying to overcharge me and took the time to explain everything about my old Honda CR-V. As someone not very familiar with car keys, I really appreciated her patience and guidance. Prices are reasonable, and her customer service was excellent. Highly recommend!

This is great! It is easy to use as long as you follow directions. Just wish you were able to make two different keys on one charge/debit card. Right now you can make more than one key, but not 2, 3, or more different keys. You have insert your card for each different key. Still like the ease of use!!!

I never leave reviews but this was quite literally some of the worst service I have ever had. Was told someone would call me back 5 times and no one did. Was told they would call back about the price, no one did. Called back again. Was then told they canceled my service and if I could just spend $100 more dollars they would help me and then they hung up on me. Called again to restart the process and still never got a call back. Called back again and finally got someone. They said they would be here in an hour. Got a text message he couldn’t come until the next afternoon after well over an hour had already passed. I’ve been dealing with these people since 9am. It’s 9:30pm and I still don’t have a key fab. If I could rate lower than 1 star, I would. Terrible experience. Not worth the hassle they put you through at such a high price point. Quoted me $300 for a new key fab. One is $32 on Amazon. Let that sink in. Highly don’t recommend.

I called this locksmith company to open my locked car. While I was explaining the situation, the person hung up the phone. They also refused to give me an estimate over the phone. Very unprofessional experience. I would not recommend

September 2025. I have a very old lock on the strom door and couldn’t find a key of it. I look around on the web to see someone can make a key of this lock and found this business. I first read the reviews of this business and all of them were very impressive. I called the number and Chris picked up and asked me for the pictures of the 🔐. He even text me his number so I can provide pictures. One thing he mentioned that what if they can’t make a key of the lock then no need to drive all the way rather send pictures. This is call customer service on point. I went to this business with lock and I was received very well. The next day my lock and keys were ready to pick up. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business if you are in need of locksmith.

Disappointed. 2 stars as the error was corrected but 3 less for the attitude. I brought clothes for minor sawing job. I got a receipt with a date and time to pick up. I returned and not only clothes are not ready but there are not even there.that’s I guess not ok but can happen. what made it unexceptionable is the reaction of counter lady. She says they are not here come back in 3 days. No I apologize, we are sorry for your inconvenience. Nothing. I spoke with an owner and they were ready within 30 min. But still that’s not ok. I won’t come back.

I was recommended by Andrew from “Tri State Locksmith & Security Inc.” in regard to purchasing a New/Used security safe from Avi here at Omega safe and lock in Fairlawn, NJ. I Gave Avi a call and to see what he has available in stock and he invited me to go and visit this shop in which I am very glad that I did. Avi the owner provided me with great customer service from the second that i walked in, that is almost impossible to find anymore from brick and mortar shops. He showed me his entire selection of brand new security safes from great brands such as Gardall and American Security, I let him know what is the biggest size object that i will need to fit into it and he brought out the measuring tape to make sure that he was showing me safes sufficient for my needs and not for his pockets to unnecessarily up-sale me which i really appreciate Avi looking out for me as a customer. He took his time to explain a few different lock mechanisms and how they function as well as a few different fire and burglary ratings and exactly what they mean. He also repairs, sells, installs, services, delivers and cracks open safes which is great to have met a trustworthy locksmith that is very passionate about his career. His prices are great and even after visiting other local locksmiths afterward they have mentioned to me that the prices at Omega safe and lock are great and the other shops wouldn’t even be able to get the prices that are being offered at this shop. Thank you Avi for being great, for providing the awesome customer service that you gave me, for taking your time and explaining everything even though you had a very important phone call on the line that needed to be taken care of, and for informing me about many different topics in related to locksmith and security safes, there is not many people left like Avi! I will be recommending you to all of my family, friends, business partners and i will be returning back soon to purchase a safe from you. Five stars is not enough! First off I must say that the friendly and knowledgeable service I received was outstanding. While I was at the store, multiple people came in for one reason or another and all left with smiles on their faces. I was able to get my two key fobs programmed, which was done quickly and accurately, and for a great price. I’ll definitely be back.
