I could tell from the minute they answered the phone this place was AWESOME! I needed a replacement VW key remote fob I bought on eBay cut and programmed. I called every VW dealership in the area and they all told me I had to buy a new one from them (almost $350!) and the ones on eBay couldn’t be cut. I called several locksmiths and they told me they could program but couldn’t cut the key. Then a mechanic friend told me about Ace Security and that he uses them for all the cars he works on. Ace was able to program AND CUT for LESS THAN HALF what the dealership wanted and they did it right away! They have a beautiful dog in the office that I got to pet while I waited so the only complaint I have is they didn’t take long enough! Very highly recommended!

Zero stars if I could. I called because we have a door jam, when they left I had no lock on my door.

First they don’t tell you that there is a service fee of $350 dollars.
Then they fix the door with out confirming the price.
The technician keeps changing the price on the spot, they are very deceiving. They screen the call and kept letting us go to voice mail. We said we cannot pay the additional $350 charge on top of the $250 they were charging for a small part, for work that took less than 30 minutes. they took apart our door to remove the part and left without putting it back.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

It was user friendly. Just follow the screen had my keys in less than 5 minutes. The best thing is the keys works. I was a little hesitant at first using it but after using the kiosk I should have done it long time ago.
