I thought this would be an easy way to make copies of keys. Not quite. First of all it was all I could do to insert the key I wanted to make a copy of. It took several tries. When I finally got it in, the kiosk asked to make sure key was inserted all of way. Maybe if I had a hammer it would’ve been. I thought it was because the key wouldn’t go in any further. I purchased 3 keys. When the first key came out I knew something was wrong. It wasnt even cut close to the original key. So the other 2 keys weren’t cut correctly either. I requested a refund through the link sent via text and received a text saying my refund had been issued. I’ll wait and see if that happens. This was such a disappointment. I used the kiosk at Acme in Jefferson. I’ll just go to Lowe’s next time and save myself the aggravation.

Will never go with another company! We have had them put to our commercial store front twice now and both times they were awesome! Great customer service and care for their work. Can’t explain how great they are in words!

My car wouldn’t start after work and I thought the battery was dead. The Pop-A-Lock technician was dispatched by Geico and arrived promptly. He had a replacement battery and could have fooled me into purchasing it but he was honest and kind and explained the battery was fine but the starter was dead. So I had to get it towed etc but I just really appreciated that the guy was honest and also very courteous and just a nice guy.

Today I went to Accurate Locksmith in Ramsey NJ with my safe that the battery were dead and we lost the key to it . When I arrived at the store they were very friendly and professional, It took them little time to make a replacement key for me. Not only did they open the safe they change the battery’s for me.

2 weeks ago while I was mowing my lawn, I dropped the only key I have to my motorcycle out of my pocket and ran it over with my mower. This obviously deformed my key. I asked several locksmiths for help making a duplicate and no one could help me, until I called Absecon lock Service. Everyone I spoke with prior to Jerry either said they don’t work with motorcycles Or the key was too far gone to work with. Jerry answered the phone and told me to bring the key in and he would see what he could do. I brought the key to him, and within 15 minutes he handed me a duplicate key that works. He did what most said could not be done. If you are looking for a skilled professional locksmith then I would recommend Absecon locksmith service.
