Fantastic work. We lost our only key to our one vehicle, completely. GM wanted a fortune and would need us to tow the vehicle there. Ben’s Lock & Key did their work at our home for a fraction of the price. Brand new key and programmed to our vehicle. The technician, Tengiz, was very nice and professional and worked very quickly and ensured multiple times that our new key works properly. I highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars. If we ever need assistance again, I am calling Ben’s Lock & Key first. Thank you, Tengiz! You saved me a huge nightmare! I appreciate you!

Excellent service, Our safe was jammed, the key code was jammed and we lost the key.. Sherwood was able to pick the lock, save the day as our passports and other important info was there.. Fast and very reasonable.. thanks for taking this huge worry away from us.

This is the first time I have every used KeyMe. I have to say I very impressed. The machine just scanned my key, got my information, payment and few days later I have new key in the mail that worked perfectly. Now that’s the easiest way to get a replacement key made!

I thought this would be an easy way to make copies of keys. Not quite. First of all it was all I could do to insert the key I wanted to make a copy of. It took several tries. When I finally got it in, the kiosk asked to make sure key was inserted all of way. Maybe if I had a hammer it would’ve been. I thought it was because the key wouldn’t go in any further. I purchased 3 keys. When the first key came out I knew something was wrong. It wasnt even cut close to the original key. So the other 2 keys weren’t cut correctly either. I requested a refund through the link sent via text and received a text saying my refund had been issued. I’ll wait and see if that happens. This was such a disappointment. I used the kiosk at Acme in Jefferson. I’ll just go to Lowe’s next time and save myself the aggravation.

I called up to see if I could get some help changing door hardware and to change the locks on a home and Dan was great. He was responsive, knowledgeable and the work was done quickly and effectively. I would definitely use him again in the future if similar work was needed.

I wish I could put 0 stars.

1. They canceled my service without telling me, 1 and a half hours after they had told me someone was coming.

2. The operators would refuse to talk to me, and would transfer me to another line, where I would enter a zip code and the voice back would say “no available technicians” when I had just been told someone was coming to help me.

My dog and I stood out in 90 degree heat for two hours and I worried she would get heat stroke. I called J&B Locksmith and he had me in my house in 5 minutes after I waited two hours. For no reason btw! Since they had canceled my service 🙂

Horrible. Unprofessional.
