We are not very happy we will charged$18.09 and another $19.16 for six keys that we only needed three of. All together we needed six keys three of one and three of another. We put the second key in and it told us to remove it so we did and it charges another amount. So now I’m stuck with six keys for one door and nothing for another. We followed the prompts on the screen and it did not give us what we needed. A refund would be good so we can get the three keys that we need. Thank you

Charlie did an amazing job fixing the lock on our boat. He did what others tried and failed to do over the past 5 years. He persevered and came up with solutions to fix the numerous problems. Very professional and willing to please.
