Made the mistake of locking myself out of my car. Called and was contacted almost immediately by a technician after requesting service.

September 2025. I have a very old lock on the strom door and couldn’t find a key of it. I look around on the web to see someone can make a key of this lock and found this business. I first read the reviews of this business and all of them were very impressive. I called the number and Chris picked up and asked me for the pictures of the 🔐. He even text me his number so I can provide pictures. One thing he mentioned that what if they can’t make a key of the lock then no need to drive all the way rather send pictures. This is call customer service on point. I went to this business with lock and I was received very well. The next day my lock and keys were ready to pick up. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business if you are in need of locksmith.

The best lock doctor in the town, the experienced lock Doc I would say. He knows what he is doing, very very professional and on time. Very friendly and so nice of him. Very very reasonable prices. Just took only half n hr to change whole commercial door lock. Top notch service, great guy! And licensed technician. Highly recommended. Quick fast reasonable. 100% trust worthy.

Recently had great experience with Diamond locksmith. Sam showed up in 30 minutes and the whole service took around 15 minutes. I was delighted with the service cause the price also was relatively better than others were offering.

I thought this would be an easy way to make copies of keys. Not quite. First of all it was all I could do to insert the key I wanted to make a copy of. It took several tries. When I finally got it in, the kiosk asked to make sure key was inserted all of way. Maybe if I had a hammer it would’ve been. I thought it was because the key wouldn’t go in any further. I purchased 3 keys. When the first key came out I knew something was wrong. It wasnt even cut close to the original key. So the other 2 keys weren’t cut correctly either. I requested a refund through the link sent via text and received a text saying my refund had been issued. I’ll wait and see if that happens. This was such a disappointment. I used the kiosk at Acme in Jefferson. I’ll just go to Lowe’s next time and save myself the aggravation.

We are not very happy we will charged$18.09 and another $19.16 for six keys that we only needed three of. All together we needed six keys three of one and three of another. We put the second key in and it told us to remove it so we did and it charges another amount. So now I’m stuck with six keys for one door and nothing for another. We followed the prompts on the screen and it did not give us what we needed. A refund would be good so we can get the three keys that we need. Thank you
