I had 5 copies of one key made and not one of them work in the lock. The machine was easy to use and there was a Lowes employee asking if I needed help, which was great. But it’s awful to spend $20 on keys that don’t work!!!

Key work just fine, which I’m very happy about! I feel the price for a self service was high as I did most the work. But I will check at a home improvement store next time.

Keys I had made went great easy to use machine. Only negative thing is that you should be able to make keys that do not have to be sent out and mailed. Sort of defeats the purpose of the machine.
