Fantastic work. We lost our only key to our one vehicle, completely. GM wanted a fortune and would need us to tow the vehicle there. Ben’s Lock & Key did their work at our home for a fraction of the price. Brand new key and programmed to our vehicle. The technician, Tengiz, was very nice and professional and worked very quickly and ensured multiple times that our new key works properly. I highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars. I recently moved into my new home & wanted 1 key for all of my locks including the front storm door (I was not given a key for the rear door and front storm door at closing).
I was referred to Mr. Keys from my home contractor.
Great referral!
First, I called the office and spoke with Crystal, who was extremely helpful with every contact I had with her. She had given me a lot of info over the phone & through email. It was suggested that I come into the store and speak with the owner, Mark.
Mark, the owner & is extremely knowledgeable about his profession!!…something that I never really gave much thought to & WOW, he taught me a lot about security which is something we all need to consider & know now a days!!!)
He asked me lots of questions about where I live & type of locks/security that I require for my location. Also discussed about not just converting the locks to just using one key but possibly changing all the hardware/locks that I never even considered. He asked me to send him pictures of both doors, including front and rear doors. After sending him the pictures, Mark made me realized that neither the top or bottom locks on both front & rear doors were 4 different pieces of hardware & metals..Ugh!!!!!
I had been having lots of work done in my new home and never paid attention to the detail until Mark brought it to my attention.
Devon (technician) was sent to my new home to measure my locks on the doors and assisted in ordering the new hardware & installing.
I posted pics in my review.
Devon was on time w/ his 2 visits to my home, professional, courteous & quick to order & install my new hardware/ locks on both front & rear entrances & made 1 key for all locks including my front storm door.
I am very pleased & highly recommend Mr. Keys & their professionally trained staff for your security needs!

These people are scammers. My grandfather came to get his remote programmed they took the remote to the back and they changed the battery inside of the remote, which was a brand new one and when they gave it back the remote doesn’t even turn on and they still charged him $105. I have been coming for years and they finally messed up. I would like my money back and get my remote fixed because of their mistake.

Isaac is AMAZING! Don’t ever let him go! He changed my 1960’s lock to this century! Lock was not working since we never use the front door (28 yrs in home). Lock was needed for showing! Now everything is wonderful! Done very quickly! Did not disappoint!! See pics!

This is the best locksmith in my area. I walked into the shop one day and had two keyed knobs and deadbolts installed the next day. Jeff is very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The install was a breeze and my home was treated with respect. It was a quality job at a good price, what more could I ask for? This is the only locksmith I will go to.

My car wouldn’t start after work and I thought the battery was dead. The Pop-A-Lock technician was dispatched by Geico and arrived promptly. He had a replacement battery and could have fooled me into purchasing it but he was honest and kind and explained the battery was fine but the starter was dead. So I had to get it towed etc but I just really appreciated that the guy was honest and also very courteous and just a nice guy.

Awesome service!

I was locked out of my car at night and very stressed. From the moment I called, they were incredibly professional and reassuring. The technician arrived really fast, in around 20 minutes, and had me back in my car in no time.

Danny was super friendly, well experienced, and explained everything he was doing. There was no damage to my car, no hidden fees, and the price was fair for really high-quality service.

Locked myself out late at night and was exhausted, but Tony’s Locksmith Service really came through. Adam arrived within about 20 minutes and immediately moved with a sense of urgency, which honestly put me at ease.

He was super polite, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. The whole process was quick and painless, especially considering the time of night.

Great service, great attitude, and reliable when you really need it. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to call again. They were a bit on the pricey side. But considering the time of night and the services that were offered, I would pay it again.

I tried to get a padlock key made from Lowes, Home Depot & Ace Hardware, they could not provide a blank to make the key. I figured I’d give your kiosk a try. I was amazed it cut the key & it worked perfectly.
