Keys don’t work. The metal on the copies are too thick. Thicker than the original key. The key I was trying to copy is one of the most common keys on the market – Kwikset. it’s inexcusable that your machine would not recognize this. I’m requesting a full refund for my three keys.

I went over to Walmart first. BIG MISTAKE. Never, no one available to help. However, went over to Lowes and minute key……done in 10 minutes. 3 keys made and a free key at the end of all three transactions. I’d recommend going to them to get your keys made.
