Fantastic locksmiths. We had a house closing continually get delayed until we would have to close at 3:30 on a Friday. I called multiple locksmiths, all of which said they couldn’t come out until Monday. Dekoffs said they’d be at the house at 8:30 on Saturday. They showed up on time, got right to work and in less than an hour I had rekeyed locks and plenty of keys for them. I highly recommend.

I lost my car key while traveling and they offered quick service! My friendly tech was awesome and made me a new key with ease. Totally took the stress out of a stressful situation. Highly recommend!!!

Over the phone, this guy told me that a card was fine to pay with (after a $30 deposit). After getting here, he then told me I needed to pay him in cash because it was an after hours call. He told me the lock change would cost $800.

At this point I’ve already been waiting outside in 40 degree weather for two hours due to constant delays from him, and I just needed to get inside. He suggested going to an ATM together so that I can withdraw cash. I went to the bank but the whole thing felt increasingly sketchy. After I questioned him on whether this was a scam he became aggressive, shouting at me and demanding I get his cash. He then sped off after yelling at me that he would go back to my house and break down the lock on my door. I had to call the police because of the threat.

After all this, he then calls me asking if I could leave him a good review … Save your money and go elsewhere, it’s not worth the headache.

Very dishonest, very unprofessional, very inexperienced business. This lock smith company (brothers lock smith) came to unlock my car door, they were very unprepared, as the man who showed up only had things to shove into the door, and not a lock picking device, as I insisted on using, which any “REAL” lock smith would have. I told the man I only wanted the lock picked, As past experiences with someone else lead to the left door frame cracking, he then proceeded to try shoving a hard metal bar into my door thinking this metal bar would unlock my car door somehow. Needless to say my car door frame cracked!!! I was very uset, and told him I would be contact the company’s manager, but seems they are always too busy to answer the phone, After finally getting ahold of someone about this situation, I was connected to a lady who said she is taking sides with the man who came out because he worked there for “30 plus years” and saying“You have no proof we came, so you can’t do anything about it.” Which is very disheartening as a business owner myself, I would have never treated a customer in that way! THIS COMPANY IS NOT A LOCKSMITH COMPANY!!!! for anyone looking for a locksmith, please never trust someone who shows up with only a metal rod to unlock a vehicle.😂 I will be attaching pictures of the damages caused by only this company below, this is pictures of ONLY the right hand side (passenger side) as the left side was damaged before with another incident (NOT RELATED TO THIS COMPANY) Thank you for reading, God bless.

RIP OFF, website says “ fraction of what the dealership charges” the price I was given was the exact price the dealership charges. FOB is $12 on Amazon, they are out here charging $100, and an additional $150 to cut and program. Way better options out there!

Locked myself out late at night and was exhausted, but Tony’s Locksmith Service really came through. Adam arrived within about 20 minutes and immediately moved with a sense of urgency, which honestly put me at ease.

He was super polite, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. The whole process was quick and painless, especially considering the time of night.

Great service, great attitude, and reliable when you really need it. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to call again. They were a bit on the pricey side. But considering the time of night and the services that were offered, I would pay it again.

Awesome service!

I was locked out of my car at night and very stressed. From the moment I called, they were incredibly professional and reassuring. The technician arrived really fast, in around 20 minutes, and had me back in my car in no time.

Danny was super friendly, well experienced, and explained everything he was doing. There was no damage to my car, no hidden fees, and the price was fair for really high-quality service.

I had a very bad experience with K&J Towing And Auto Repair. My car was working properly before the tow, and after their service, a part was damaged that was not damaged before. I immediately brought this to their attention, but they are refusing to take responsibility or offer any solution.

This shows a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. Based on my experience, stay away from this company and make sure you document everything if you ever deal with them.

I’m happy with the convenience and 2 of the 3 keys I had made at the kiosk which worked as expected and I had no problem opening the locks.
However, the third key did not work very well- it was a sliding door key and turned in the lock without opening it- I was worried it would get stuck and not come out. I was able to turn the key back to the original position- but will not use the key.
