They overcharged. They will say a price and then once the job it’s done which takes 5 minutes will double up the price. Don’t be fooled I paid 800$ to have my door open how is that possible.

Worst possible service. Their words hold no weight. I was told the locksmith would arrive in 30 minutes. No one showed up. I had to call them myself, and then I was told it would be another hour. I waited again, only to be told another hour after that. No communication, no reliability, and no respect for a customer’s time. If you value your time, look elsewhere.

Huge thank you to Eddie and Monaco Lock! I got locked out of my apartment due to an issue with the door handle assembly. Despite it being the holidays with limited staff on hand, Eddie took the job and arrived within 30 minutes. He got me back into my apartment, replaced the assembly, and explained the underlying issues causing the problem. Very knowledgable, honest, and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Kiosk was easy to use. Made 2 different keys. 1 worked and 1 did not work for some reason. The refund process for the key that did not work was easy and refund was issued instantly.

This company does not stand behind its work or honor its stated warranty. We had our door lock replaced and it broke after less than two months of use. I contacted customer service to come out and repair it. It took two days for a technician to call me back. When he did he told me I would be charged again for the service call and labor. I reminded him the invoice/receipt stated there is a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. He told me there was nothing he could do. I plan to file a formal complaint and see if I can get a refund through my bank. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and chose another company.

Key machine at a grocery store: The touch screen is obnoxious. Everything is confusing. So many stupid add-on attempts. I have no idea what is or isn’t in the cart. The keys took so long. I hate that it required me to give my phone number (“for my receipt”) after several minutes of scanning two keys to finish the transaction. I couldn’t opt out. The keys are so sharp looking that I don’t understand how they are supposed to match the keys they are copies of. I’m scared to put them in their respective doors. Never again. I do not recommend. Awful experience.

Smooth Experience. I went to a self service kiosk machine inside a 7Eleven store on Washington Street in Hoboken. The machine didn’t have the particular brass keys that I was attempting to duplicate so it gave me the option to have it mail ordered to my address in 3 to 5 days. It also mentioned that my address would be deleted after the mailing transaction was completed, which is a big relief. Received an email receipt immediately after payment.

I made an error during my transaction so I had to contact their customer service using the link in my email receipt. The service team was quick to respond and was able to resolve my mistake seamlessly.

I haven’t received the duplicate keys yet, so I cannot comment on whether they’ll work, yet.
