This company does not stand behind its work or honor its stated warranty. We had our door lock replaced and it broke after less than two months of use. I contacted customer service to come out and repair it. It took two days for a technician to call me back. When he did he told me I would be charged again for the service call and labor. I reminded him the invoice/receipt stated there is a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. He told me there was nothing he could do. I plan to file a formal complaint and see if I can get a refund through my bank. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and chose another company.

don’t even bother unless you’re looking for a quick solution to make a key or buy something very basic. They have a beautiful display of door knobs and nothing in stock, it takes weeks and in some cases months, communication with some of these manufactures takes a week, etc. Sales person said everything is “too expensive”. He obviously lost a sale.

Key machine at a grocery store: The touch screen is obnoxious. Everything is confusing. So many stupid add-on attempts. I have no idea what is or isn’t in the cart. The keys took so long. I hate that it required me to give my phone number (“for my receipt”) after several minutes of scanning two keys to finish the transaction. I couldn’t opt out. The keys are so sharp looking that I don’t understand how they are supposed to match the keys they are copies of. I’m scared to put them in their respective doors. Never again. I do not recommend. Awful experience.

Smooth Experience. I went to a self service kiosk machine inside a 7Eleven store on Washington Street in Hoboken. The machine didn’t have the particular brass keys that I was attempting to duplicate so it gave me the option to have it mail ordered to my address in 3 to 5 days. It also mentioned that my address would be deleted after the mailing transaction was completed, which is a big relief. Received an email receipt immediately after payment.

I made an error during my transaction so I had to contact their customer service using the link in my email receipt. The service team was quick to respond and was able to resolve my mistake seamlessly.

I haven’t received the duplicate keys yet, so I cannot comment on whether they’ll work, yet.

Super easy to use!love it I do suggest with all the scams and fraud if we would be able to tap the card and not slide it through as many thieves are adding attachments to all sorts of equipment. I was really hesitant.
