The key does not unlock the door for which it was made. Very disappointing. I paid $9.57. I am not a happy camper. Not at all.

Quick and easy way to get keys made if the machine can recognize your key. First attempt I was able to read my key and cut them in a timely manner. but when I put the second key in it kept telling me to remove the key and then would force me to put it back in but wouldn’t open or allow the key to go all the way in constantly asking me to reinsert the key. Possibly it’s the color of the key since it’s our custom painted red from the store or maybe it’s the shape. Had to go to the counter inside Lowe’s directly across from the machine for them to cut it manually. All in all though it is convenient to have a machine cut it that way you know they both will be identical.

Fantastic locksmiths. We had a house closing continually get delayed until we would have to close at 3:30 on a Friday. I called multiple locksmiths, all of which said they couldn’t come out until Monday. Dekoffs said they’d be at the house at 8:30 on Saturday. They showed up on time, got right to work and in less than an hour I had rekeyed locks and plenty of keys for them. I highly recommend.

Hunterdon Lock will help show you why it is better in the long run to install a quality lock and hardware once and be done, where as the “Big Box Stores and Web Stores” seem to specialize in products which are destined for the landfill after a very short service life and entice the uninformed with low initial price.

This was my first time using this KeyMe Locksmith Kiosk (which happens to be in the grocery store I work in) it was easy to use and it didn’t take long for the keys to be made not to mention it’s convenient when you need a key copy made immediately!! 🤩

I enjoyed the convenience of the Minute Key Kiosk at my local Lowes. Over 2 different trips, I had several duplicate keys made.
Problem: the keys don’t work. Maybe due to poor cut quality. ?? I even paid $1 extra for the Ultra Lite key which broke inside my door handle. I now need to replace the entire lock (handle and deadbolt) assembly.
I think I’d prefer using a trusty human being to make keys in the future.
