This is the third time I’ve had keys made in a year at my local Walmart where the machine is that do not fit the lock they were made for. And there’s no easy way to just get your money back once you pay with the credit card…. Unhappy customer

Will never go with another company! We have had them put to our commercial store front twice now and both times they were awesome! Great customer service and care for their work. Can’t explain how great they are in words!

Terrible service! Don’t waste your money or your time. One failed copy I received a coupon code. Second failed Copy I received a second coupon code. Third failed copy I was not able to use that coupon code at a location that was suggested to me by this team. I asked for a refund of the coupon code which they could not issue. Now I’m stuck with a coupon code and a service that doesn’t work. Please keep in mind I tried several kiosks. What a waste of time. I get that it’s a few bucks don’t do it
