We had an emergency when the handle on our living room French doors broke and the doors wouldn’t stay closed. We called Paragon, and Michael came over immediately, quickly diagnosed the problem, and spent several hours carefully adjusting the mechanism so the doors worked properly again. Locked myself out late at night and was exhausted, but Tony’s Locksmith Service really came through. Adam arrived within about 20 minutes and immediately moved with a sense of urgency, which honestly put me at ease.

He was super polite, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. The whole process was quick and painless, especially considering the time of night.

Great service, great attitude, and reliable when you really need it. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to call again. They were a bit on the pricey side. But considering the time of night and the services that were offered, I would pay it again.
