I went over to Walmart first. BIG MISTAKE. Never, no one available to help. However, went over to Lowes and minute key……done in 10 minutes. 3 keys made and a free key at the end of all three transactions. I’d recommend going to them to get your keys made.

Keys don’t work. The metal on the copies are too thick. Thicker than the original key. The key I was trying to copy is one of the most common keys on the market – Kwikset. it’s inexcusable that your machine would not recognize this. I’m requesting a full refund for my three keys.

This is the 2nd time I’ve used Minute Key and I’m very pleased with results. It was pretty quick, really no more expensive than going to a hardware store to have keys made, and most importantly the keys all work fine! They also have a nice selection of keys although I just use the standard one because I like it.
