Scam. Asked for a service request – key fob for 2013 Explorer. Was told $35 to show up + labor starting at 185/hr. I asked how much for the job? Guy wouldn’t answer and kept repeating the minimums. Called around and locksmiths are quoting between 185 to 250 to show up and make a key. Tried to call this guy because he is down the street. Wouldn’t give me a ballpark figure. I don’t need someone showing up quoting me 500+ and then when I say no thank you they demand the labor + service call. Nah I’m good. Be warned.

I was losing hope and then these guys came through and took much needed stress off my shoulders they didn’t have the original fob but that was explained to me before the services which I appreciate communication was excellent and service is fast thank you guys again for coming to save the day!
