Isaac is AMAZING! Don’t ever let him go! He changed my 1960’s lock to this century! Lock was not working since we never use the front door (28 yrs in home). Lock was needed for showing! Now everything is wonderful! Done very quickly! Did not disappoint!! See pics!

They overcharged. They will say a price and then once the job it’s done which takes 5 minutes will double up the price. Don’t be fooled I paid 800$ to have my door open how is that possible.

Made the mistake of locking myself out of my car. Called and was contacted almost immediately by a technician after requesting service.
Had the pleasure of meeting Mohammed (I hope I spelled that correctly!). He was polite, respectful, professional, and efficient in what he did to help me back into my car. I appreciate both him and the company! Thank you for the services you provide, yall are real life savers!

Reuben was great! Made copying my keys very easy and at a good price!

EDITS:
The above review is because owner Reuben stood over my shoulder and told me to write what I did above.
The truth is, the process was uncomfortable and took extra long, and it seemed like he kept me there longer than necessary because he wanted to chat.
He overcharged for the keys.

Then when I got home, only 2 of the 5 key copies worked! I’m not sure what he did that some keys worked and others didn’t. But I paid for 5 keys and now I have 2.

My advice would be to go elsewhere

Fantastic locksmiths. We had a house closing continually get delayed until we would have to close at 3:30 on a Friday. I called multiple locksmiths, all of which said they couldn’t come out until Monday. Dekoffs said they’d be at the house at 8:30 on Saturday. They showed up on time, got right to work and in less than an hour I had rekeyed locks and plenty of keys for them. I highly recommend.

Locked myself out late at night and was exhausted, but Tony’s Locksmith Service really came through. Adam arrived within about 20 minutes and immediately moved with a sense of urgency, which honestly put me at ease.

He was super polite, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. The whole process was quick and painless, especially considering the time of night.

Great service, great attitude, and reliable when you really need it. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to call again. They were a bit on the pricey side. But considering the time of night and the services that were offered, I would pay it again.

Fantastic work. We lost our only key to our one vehicle, completely. GM wanted a fortune and would need us to tow the vehicle there. Ben’s Lock & Key did their work at our home for a fraction of the price. Brand new key and programmed to our vehicle. September 2025. I have a very old lock on the strom door and couldn’t find a key of it. I look around on the web to see someone can make a key of this lock and found this business. I first read the reviews of this business and all of them were very impressive. I called the number and Chris picked up and asked me for the pictures of the 🔐. He even text me his number so I can provide pictures. One thing he mentioned that what if they can’t make a key of the lock then no need to drive all the way rather send pictures. This is call customer service on point. I went to this business with lock and I was received very well. The next day my lock and keys were ready to pick up. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business if you are in need of locksmith.

This company does not stand behind its work or honor its stated warranty. We had our door lock replaced and it broke after less than two months of use. I contacted customer service to come out and repair it. It took two days for a technician to call me back. When he did he told me I would be charged again for the service call and labor. I reminded him the invoice/receipt stated there is a 90 day warranty on parts and labor. He told me there was nothing he could do. I plan to file a formal complaint and see if I can get a refund through my bank. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and chose another company.
