Fantastic work. We lost our only key to our one vehicle, completely. GM wanted a fortune and would need us to tow the vehicle there. Ben’s Lock & Key did their work at our home for a fraction of the price. Brand new key and programmed to our vehicle. The technician, Tengiz, was very nice and professional and worked very quickly and ensured multiple times that our new key works properly. I highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars. Made the mistake of locking myself out of my car. Called and was contacted almost immediately by a technician after requesting service.
Had the pleasure of meeting Mohammed (I hope I spelled that correctly!). He was polite, respectful, professional, and efficient in what he did to help me back into my car. I appreciate both him and the company! Thank you for the services you provide, yall are real life savers!

There should be a way you can bring your own key to get made from. Even if you charge the same amount of money to cut my own I would do that. I can’t get the key copied from another key without purchasing it from the kiosk.

Bobby did an amazing job. I got a small key and a car key cut same day, both worked great. I was in and out the door in 5 minutes both times. I’m a mobile mechanic so I will definitely be sending my key customers his way from now on.

The machine does wonders. And let’s say it makes the key in 1 min & about 40 seconds. Beats waiting on someone to come and make the key for you. And the key worked the first time around.

I was very hesitant to try this key machine but every key worked perfectly. Unlike keys I had made prior to this, all the keys worked! I would highly recommend this service.

The keys that I had made at the Mt. Laurel, NJ Walmart kiosk all worked perfectly.
The kiosk is very easy to use. You don’t even have to take your original key off your key ring. The location is very safe & secure.
So, it’s easy, quick, reasonably priced and the keys work.

Owner was a very nice guy (which is why I gave 2 instead of 1 star) but I can’t recommend this place. After I finally brought both my keyblade and blank in on my day off, which meant I had to bring both of my toddlers because the VERY limited the hours forbid me from ever going after work or during the day on the weekend. I finally arrive to find out after like 5-10 minutes of chasing my toddlers around the shop, that it wasn’t possible to copy my key without bringing the car there and looking at the lock cylinder number. Unfortunately my wife drives the other car whose key needed copying and was at work so I would have to come by another time. So unfortunately I had to go to a locksmith in PA (but was in that area already for another reason) and though it was $20 more, I was in and out and had the key copied in like 3 minutes. Really sad that there’s no good affordable locksmiths nearby but I tried.
