They charge way too much money to make a copy of a house door key. Just a normal KW1 Kwiksetkey was 10x more expensive than what I paid the last time I needed to copy a key. I know inflation and all but this is practically gouging. It used to be like $2 to copy a key like this almost anywhere you went. If it had been $5, I would have chocked that up to inflation and assuming the key worked, they would have gotten a good review and everybody would be happy but at $10 they better be throwing in a spare key but this was way more than $10 for just 1! I mean seriously, you’d think it was made out of solid gold but no, this was just for the basic brass key, not even one of the fancy colorful ones. As much as I hate to say it, do yourself a favor and just go to Home Depot or someplace like that (and avoid the automated machines) – you’ll save yourself a fortune!

I did not want to stand in a long line at Home Depot, so the convenience of this kiosk was worth it. Walked right in to the 7 Eleven and my keys (3) were cut in about 5 minutes. Definitely worth it, thank you.

September 2025. I have a very old lock on the strom door and couldn’t find a key of it. I look around on the web to see someone can make a key of this lock and found this business. I first read the reviews of this business and all of them were very impressive. I called the number and Chris picked up and asked me for the pictures of the 🔐. He even text me his number so I can provide pictures. One thing he mentioned that what if they can’t make a key of the lock then no need to drive all the way rather send pictures. This is call customer service on point. I went to this business with lock and I was received very well. The next day my lock and keys were ready to pick up. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this business if you are in need of locksmith.

Greetings by Sales Associate within one minute. She listened to my request, completed the duplication of key. Indicated it is preferred to test with vehicle onsite vs. take product away but they stand behind their work. Tested and perfect! Don’t waste time going elsewhere to save a few bucks.

My car wouldn’t start after work and I thought the battery was dead. The Pop-A-Lock technician was dispatched by Geico and arrived promptly. He had a replacement battery and could have fooled me into purchasing it but he was honest and kind and explained the battery was fine but the starter was dead. So I had to get it towed etc but I just really appreciated that the guy was honest and also very courteous and just a nice guy.
