I dislike businesses that can’t speak the truth to customers. I asked what it would cost for my car to be unlocked. I was told it was a $39.00 for the service call. With the noise out on the street and the agents pronunciation it was understood that was the price. They need to be sure people understand the full price.

I just bought a car and lost the keys the very next day. They were super quick and efficient. Got back to me immediately with my quotes. The locksmith got to me within 30 min and got the job done in about 15. Before i could even ask, he assured me that he fixed the lock so that the old key if found by someone, would no longer have access to my car. Best locksmith in Brooklyn!!!

Huge thank you to Eddie and Monaco Lock! I got locked out of my apartment due to an issue with the door handle assembly. Despite it being the holidays with limited staff on hand, Eddie took the job and arrived within 30 minutes. He got me back into my apartment, replaced the assembly, and explained the underlying issues causing the problem. Very knowledgable, honest, and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Day after the 2026 blizzard. My car would not start. I called my roadside assistance. Pop-A-Lock was the provider. They came very quickly. The technician, Buff, spoke English clearly and respectfully. Gave me advice on what may be reason for car not starting. Thanks Mr Buff.

Scam!! Avoid. They charge 5x the price for a plain key that guareteed WONT WORK! Machine said my key was rare , even tho it was a standard deadbolt house key, & made me pay to have shipped , for almost $15! The key took almost a week to arrive , come to find it wss the most atrocious key cut ive ever seen. The key is over 2mm longer than my key, there’s a sharp tip that can be used as a shiv on the front end , & an atrocious burr aka rough edging that wasnt even smoothed out by a human & the key DOESN’T even fit remotely!!! The packet said Hillman group. They are a corporate company stealingl $ from working class people with faulty key machines at a premium . I had to run around & use a sick day thanks to this which Minute key isnt paying me back, nor the bus fare I wasted to get to the store to use the machine! Support local hardware stores instead! I went to 2 stores with no luck, but 3rd store cut a key in 2 mins literally FOR $2.00!!! Hence, minute key is a RIPOFF! It takes a whole week for a standard dead bolt NOT minutes. They are false advertising! PS- They require a picture of BOTH keys, OG & copy, for a refund too which is ridiculous.If i had an original I would have never used your dumb machine!! And then the operators take DAYS to send the picture email. They outsource operators from India who are RUDE & blame you too, not the poor key quality. I will be filing a fraud case with my bank. I hope a class action starts cuz minute is a lie
