Key copies were cut more distinctly than the originals—I suppose that’s good. Most importantly, they worked well in the locks and felt sturdy. Only took a few minutes per key to copy. The only annoying part was the kiosk requesting personal information in case you need to complain/file for a refund. I suspect spam marketing messages will soon ensue, and I will block them. Otherwise, a quite convenient and affordable way to back up your keys.

Bobby did an amazing job. I got a small key and a car key cut same day, both worked great. I was in and out the door in 5 minutes both times. I’m a mobile mechanic so I will definitely be sending my key customers his way from now on.

They make the best keys to fit just about any lock with no problem. Heck they do a better job than some of these human keymakers at these stores out here! Very satisfied with my product!

Excellent and quick service. I called at 10am and Nick texted 10 minutes before arriving about 20 minutes early. He was able to replace a broken deadbolt on an oversized exterior door. It took longer than a standard door because of the thickness but he was still done in less than an hour including re-keying the lock. Very knowledgeable and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Fantastic work. We lost our only key to our one vehicle, completely. GM wanted a fortune and would need us to tow the vehicle there. Ben’s Lock & Key did their work at our home for a fraction of the price. Brand new key and programmed to our vehicle. The technician, Tengiz, was very nice and professional and worked very quickly and ensured multiple times that our new key works properly. I highly recommend. 5 out of 5 stars. My son lost the keys to his work truck and we had no spare. He called around and got quotes and initially went with another company. After that company took apart the truck and left the pieces everywhere without getting us keys, or even telling us they couldn’t do the job, we called M and E back. They were here within an hour and we now have keys. The job did take some time, but that was because of the nature of the job. They removed the ignition and (filed a key for it?) made the key the old fashioned way. They also made sure we had a spare! I could not have asked for a better or more professional team! If someone says it can’t be done, give these guys a call! If it can be done, they will make sure that it is!

All I got was a copy of my house key made, the key works fine and was an easy process but VERY overpriced. 12 dollars for a regular copy of a house key it’s outrageous. Next time I will just go to Home Depot, there are plenty of cheaper places to go.
