Sam really helped get our fleet in a great spot. We had some issues with lost keys and needed a whole bunch of keys programmed for our vans. He was super helpful and communicative. We highly recommend getting work done with A&B!

Very disappointed. I copied the same key twice and both times the copies did not work in my door. Also the aluminum keys feel very cheap and feel like they will bend very soon.

If there were a way to give them an extra ⭐ I would. I needed a replacement key fob for my older model Chevy and not only did they have it, the service was excellent. A fantastic, friendly, family owned company and they really know their business, you just don’t see that anymore. Added bonus the build is charming! I will be going to them for all my key and locksmith needs.

Kj was polite, professional, patient, hardworking, and a truly skilled craftsman, exceeding all expectations, he did what no other locksmith in ROC could do. He gave me a quick, concise rundown of the problem, how he proposed to to fix it, with costs attached upfront for all solutions, and patiently explained what he was doing every step of the way. 10/10 would and will hire again

Very easy to use!, unfortunately I wanted to get duplicate keys, not a bump key. Pattern was nowhere near close. >:(
