Look no further, Harvey is your guy. My partner and I bought our first home and needed the locks changed. Harvey was super easy to schedule with and very transparent with pricing. He showed up right at the scheduled time and went through all our locks. Purchased beautiful heavy duty shower door for our new custom shower. Lower hinge failed after one year and was misdiagnosed by the technician who applied a quick fix. The lower hinge failed again after the three year warranty period leading to a $300 quote to replace. Best Door And Lock does not support their product. Not recommended.
