I had the absolute best experience here. The computer in my car broke and had to be replaced. After the computer was replaced I needed to have my pats system reset for the “mykey” in my car. I was told I was going to have to have it hauled to a Ford dealer to have it fixed and would cost upwards of 500 dollars. I found out about lock and safe and called him. HE CAME TO MY HOUSE!!!!!!! I ONLY PAID 270 DOLLARS
He was very professional, nice, and very understanding. Fast forward a week and I need a second key so here I am and he’s doing it just for the charge of the key. Best place ever. Highly recommend

My ignition key and steering wheel were locked rendering my vehicle unuseable. I called Fortitude. Chad was immediately responsive and promptly came and replaced the ignition cylinder and resolved the problem. I paid less to have him come and do an on-site repair than it would have cost just to tow the vehicle to a mechanic.
Highly recommend. Good company. Good guy. Great service. Five stars all the way.

Sam really helped get our fleet in a great spot. We had some issues with lost keys and needed a whole bunch of keys programmed for our vans. He was super helpful and communicative. We highly recommend getting work done with A&B!

Friendly, kind, and accommodating service for an excellent price! We arrived in town to ski unable to get inside our car-top box. Our only key had broken off inside the lock, and the box was full of our ski gear. We got in touch with Jonathan who was very patient as we were driving through an area without much cell reception. He arranged to meet us 30 minutes later. When we arrived, he already had a new key ready and he kindly tried to extract the broken key. The new key works perfectly and he helped us move the box on the car roof so we can access it from the other side. We are so appreciative of his help! His price was very fair too.

My son lost the keys to my work vehicle, and after a week of fruitless searching, I called John from Advance Lock & Safe. He replaced my keys and drove all the way down to Berlin from Columbia to program and sync the replacement keys to my car. He was also super professional, respectful, courteous, and likable. Dennis was great. I highly recommend. I called for replacing a lock since the key was missing. Prior to coming I gave a picture of the lock and when Dennis came he was able to finish the work within a 1/2 hour. He was pleasant and friendly, even commenting on my bumpersticker and kind to my kitties, making everything go smoothly. I will rest more at ease now that the lock is replaced. Thanks Dennis!!

Great company all around! I called and spoke to Tyler and he set up my appointment to change my locks and install a keypad. Jason came out and was very friendly and knowledgable. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! moved into a new house and paid an hourly rate to have digital locks reprogrammed. Locksmith said all was good, and behold, we realized that the locksmith failed to delete the master code from the previous owner. No accountability from the company. No refund or response from management. Very disappointed for $120 an hour.
UPDATE: I did hear back from management after I posted the review, and they were apologetic for the mistake, and did offer a refund as well as covered the other company’s emergency services. I appreciate the accountability from the company and expect that the mistake won’t happen again.

If I could give a 0 star review, I’d do so. I called asking about a quote for a key duplication for my car. They had the technician call me back a few minutes later with the quote, asking if he could come and do the service immediately. Apparently they didn’t tell him that I just needed a quote. Well, apparently they did not tell anyone on their staff that I was just looking for a quote because I was proceeded to be called 13 times over three different phone numbers over the span of a day and a half. For the first six phone calls, I was replying and saying, “I would just like a quote. I do not want the service done immediately.” and they kept asking about lowering the price and so on and so forth. Finally, today I called back after one last phone call was made towards me, ask them to not contact me any further, and I will not be doing business with them at all in the future no matter what the price is. I just wanted to quote and they called me 16 times in total, ridiculous. If that’s going to be your sales and customer retention strategy, I hope to whatever God there may be that you are out of business by the end of the year. Ridiculous.
