Extremely rude and when I hung up because the man would not stop talking over me he continuously called me. Weird business and extremely unprofessional. Get it together.

I’ve used this machine three times now, there are a lot of different selections inside the machine for key style choice but you are only offered one choice on the display screen, kinda upsetting. As for the keys working, all keys made by this machine have worked without issue. I’m pretty sure its $3.25 per key which isn’t bad either.
