My son lost the keys to my work vehicle, and after a week of fruitless searching, I called John from Advance Lock & Safe. He replaced my keys and drove all the way down to Berlin from Columbia to program and sync the replacement keys to my car. He was also super professional, respectful, courteous, and likable. Friendly, kind, and accommodating service for an excellent price! We arrived in town to ski unable to get inside our car-top box. Our only key had broken off inside the lock, and the box was full of our ski gear. We got in touch with Jonathan who was very patient as we were driving through an area without much cell reception. He arranged to meet us 30 minutes later. When we arrived, he already had a new key ready and he kindly tried to extract the broken key. The new key works perfectly and he helped us move the box on the car roof so we can access it from the other side. We are so appreciative of his help! His price was very fair too.
