Look no further, Harvey is your guy. My partner and I bought our first home and needed the locks changed. Harvey was super easy to schedule with and very transparent with pricing. He showed up right at the scheduled time and went through all our locks. Good place to get keys cut. I deducted one star bc my son removed the cylinder from the lock that they said they couldn’t remove, and also bc they quoted me $30-40 and then tried to charge $50.

My son lost the keys to my work vehicle, and after a week of fruitless searching, I called John from Advance Lock & Safe. He replaced my keys and drove all the way down to Berlin from Columbia to program and sync the replacement keys to my car. He was also super professional, respectful, courteous, and likable. Purchased beautiful heavy duty shower door for our new custom shower. Lower hinge failed after one year and was misdiagnosed by the technician who applied a quick fix. The lower hinge failed again after the three year warranty period leading to a $300 quote to replace. Best Door And Lock does not support their product. Not recommended.
