I sent them a picture of my keys clearly showing that my truck had a remote start option. A couple of weeks later, they came out, cut the keys, and told me the truck was all set. I immediately asked where the remote start button was. The technician fumbled through an explanation and said he would order the correct keys if I was willing to come to their office once they arrived. I agreed, assuming this was a legitimate arrangement, and paid the originally agreed-upon amount. I never heard from them again

Good place to get keys cut. I deducted one star bc my son removed the cylinder from the lock that they said they couldn’t remove, and also bc they quoted me $30-40 and then tried to charge $50.

Concord Locksmith is amazing! Their service was extremely quick, and they were the only place in Concord that was actually able to make copies of my Master Lock key. The staff especially Michael at the counter, were friendly, professional, and knew exactly what they were doing. They even used original Master Lock keys, which was very nice. The price was great, and it feels good supporting a reliable local business. Highly recommend!

I paid them almost 400 dollars and they left all the garbage in my truck of the things they used to fix my key Ignition. They scraped all the door panel where and they didn’t even close the case that sits on My steering wheel the clips don’t close abs when I drive it hits the steering wheel. They made me new keys and fixed the problem but broke and Scrape parts that where fine before taking it to them. It was very unprofessional the way they left my truck especially after paying that much.

Sam really helped get our fleet in a great spot. We had some issues with lost keys and needed a whole bunch of keys programmed for our vans. He was super helpful and communicative. We highly recommend getting work done with A&B!

I made 4 keys. 2 brass and 2 harder material.
The ones made of hard material have burrs and require a wire brush finish not only because they risk damaging the handle, but it can cut your hand. The system was installed at Lowes, but he refused the Lowes Credit Card.
Occupying a better finish after the execution of the key.

We tired to fix our front door lock on our own and failed miserably. Luckily KeyMe Locksmiths came to save the day John quickly replaced our lock with a great looking updated lock.

I locked my keys in the car at the gym this morning. I was panicked, cold, running late and the guy that came out really saved the day. I had called a few other places that were going to take hours and refused to tell me a price on the phone.
