That was the ever worst experience with minute key after wasting my precious time about 15 to 20 minutes after charging me the price for 4 keys it’s just produce nothing but uncut blank keys in Walmart Claremont,NH 03743. Then I went to service desk there to complain about it I have told to call minute key and I called minute key and there was nothing for me just a slight apology and I have been told that I will get refund after 1 week.

Today was the second time I have used Bob. First time was last year to install a lock on my entrance door. While he was there I discussed several things I would like to have done going forward. He took notes and when I called him to schedule he knew exactly what i wanted to have done. Scheduled an appointment and he was there today to do what I wanted. Did a great job. Always on time, good communicator, very professional , reasonably priced and a good guy all around. I would highly recommend.

Look no further, Harvey is your guy. My partner and I bought our first home and needed the locks changed. Harvey was super easy to schedule with and very transparent with pricing. He showed up right at the scheduled time and went through all our locks. He gave us a lot of security information that we would have never thought of and seemed to genuinely care about making our home as secure as possible.
