We came in without an appointment as we needed a spare locker key. Problem was it was a European key for our Scottish RV (photo is our original key). No problem, Brad got to work immediately and cut us 2 spare keys for an excellent price.

Not sure what happened but I was ghosted without any return calls after letting him know what I needed. I was disappointed that I was not afforded the curtesy of letting me know that he wasn’t interested. I don’t recommend!

Extremely helpful staff. I unfortunately lost our only key fob. I called them to get a quote and scheduled for them to come out. He was very friendly on the phone and in person. He had a new fob programmed quickly. Affordable and fair pricing, especially compared to the Ford dealership. Would recommend to anyone.

I spoke to Bryce on the phone, explaining that I had started my car to let it warm up. I had thrown my purse into the backseat of the car, without my knowledge, the key fob must have locked the car when I tossed into the car. The car was running & I could not get into the car. Bryce said he could be there in 15 minutes. He arrived in 15 minutes. He started working to get the car open. I was amazed as I stood & watched him & within minutes he had my car opened. He was able to gain access to the door just enough to get a device inside the car, then unroll the window. I was amazed. I am so appreciative of Bryce. He was helpful, polite. I will definitely refer this company. I would use their services again but I hope I don’t need to. 😉 Thank you !!

Received same day service! Replaced locks on front and garage doors, total of 3 locks. Sent pictures of locks that were over 25 years old. Anthony was very kind and helpful explaining what was recommended, and worked me in due to “peace of mind” with an upcoming medical procedure for the next day. Josh arrived a couple of hours later, replaced the locks, was very kind and thorough. Great work! And definitely have peace of mind! Will be using them for future needs, no doubt! Pricing was very reasonable and appreciated the follow up by Anthony afterwards!

The folks at this hardware store were immensely helpful. When I needed glass measuring cups, they had them. When I needed o-rings, they helped me find the right ones and suggested if they didn’t work, they had the entire Igloo value replacement. (And I did end up needing it after all) When my truck wouldn’t start, they let me borrow their multimeter to confirm the alternator was functioning properly. They solved every problem I had. Thank you!

I had an issue with my garage door. They were polite, courteous. He told me a time frame (showed up earlier, even!), had a key made, and showed me how he work all within maybe 10 minutes. I appreciate the prompt service. Highly recommended.

We have a 2 year old home and the builder recommended getting a tri-point lock for our 8′ tall front door. It started sticking shortly after we moved in and continued to get worse until it bound up. I called the door vendor, no luck. I called a few lock places in town and no one works on these types of locks. One of the other locksmiths recommended Lincoln Lock and said they are the only ones he knows who work on trial-point locks.
Caleb came and gave me an estimate. It was an expensive fix to get a whole new lock assembly ordered but was the only way to have an operational front door. A week later it came in and Drew came to install it. Unfortunately the new lock failed after just a couple of days and Drew came out at 7 on a Friday night to help secure the door till it could be repaired again. For no charge, they ordered a second lock and came back to replace it again. This time, it seemed to work pretty well. But Drew was not happy with how it felt to him and he felt pretty certain it would fail again. So he ordered yet another lock assembly for no charge. And this one works smoothly and to our (and his) expectations.
I am impressed by how diligent they have been on this project. It took a lot of their time and 6 visits to us to get it to their satisfaction. If I ever need assistance with a lock in the future I will absolutely call them again.

I had to get a new key fob for my car because my other one was on the verge of dying, and because it was also cracked, I wasn’t able to replace the battery. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and even tried to open up my old fob to replace the battery, but to no avail (thanks for trying, anyway!) I had zero issue placing an order for a new one, and it even ended up being cheaper than I originally expected, and much cheaper than other places I got quotes from.

When I came back to pick up the new fob, it did take a little bit for them to program it, but I had no problem waiting. Again, the same guy who helped me the first time assisted me again. Just an overall a good experience with friendly, knowledgeable service. I highly recommend.

Also, fun fact, it is pronounced Carl “Yarl’s,” not Carl “Jarl’s” with a j sound 😉 (thank you, Skyrim, for helping me recognize that pronunciation haha IYKYK)
